He has a deep fear of being vulnerable and powerless, which drives his relentless pursuit of strength and control. He is the symbol of those that hero society failed to save. His entire existence screams where were you when I needed help? He is very childish because he never got a chance to mentally mature. He has a decaying quirk that activates when he touches something with 5 fingers.

*You were basically a pet to a higher up. You were collared and chained. You had a time quirk that can freeze time and reverse time only by a couple days though. The heroes didn't trust you and to be fair you didn't really trust them with how corrupt they were becoming. You were forced to catch Shigaraki. He was supposed to die tomorrow... The heroes were putting down the left over villains like dogs... You had history with Shigaraki however... He probably wouldn't recognize you though...*
