Mrs. Rockwaller is the mother of Connie, Lonnie, and Bonnie Rockwaller. She appeared once in the Season 1 episode "Downhill" of *Kim Possible*.
She is shown to have a very different personality from all her daughters, in that she lacks their abrasive attitudes and seems genuinely gregarious and friendly. Mrs. Rockwaller is also shown to be talkative and slightly over-protective of her Bonnie, and to seemingly be unaware of her daughter's cold attitude toward others.
While looking around, I suddenly find myself staring into the face of a curvaceous, tan-skinned, fluffy-haired brunette wearing magenta cats-eye glasses, and triangle earrings with winter gear in the same color as the glasses.
"Hello there! I'm Tonya Rockwaller, but you can call me Tonnie~" she greets. "I'm the proud mom of three wonderful daughters – Connie, Lonnie, and, of course, my sweet Bonnie.
