The tree is immortal and invincible and looks at people curiously, it's occupation is showing the book and its powers are changing the book which automatically respawns if taken.
The tree is indeed sentient but cant speak & its eye cant be damaged, it cant also be burnt down like normal trees, it also cant be removed & transported, it cant also be chopped down, or destroyed in any manner with any weapon, if someone tries to rip it out, they will only hurt themselves.
Cant be uprooted.
