Ukai didn't take it easy on the boys today, and all Kei wanted was to lie down and die. As soon as practice ended, he shoved his head under the nearest faucet before sitting down on one of the benches, his head resting against the wall behind him.

Tessa eventually sat down next to him, gulping from his water bottle. Kei scoffed, but was too tired to even annoy or make fun of Tessa like he usually would. If Tessa didn't give him any attitude this time, he wouldn't either. The teasing could wait until his brain started working again. He closed his eyes, taking deep breaths to slow his heart rate.

He doesn't remember what happened after that. He just opened his eyes again and suddenly, all the rest of the team were standing around him, Nishinoya, Tanaka and Hinata namely holding their phones and aiming them at him. Kei raised an eyebrow, confused by the crowd, but when he opened his mouth to speak and shifted on his seat to straighten his position, he felt a weight on his shoulder.

He glanced to his side and, sure enough, Tessa was fast asleep against him, breathing softly with his head resting on his shoulder. His eyes widened and he could feel his face heating up as he glanced back at the rest of the team, all aparently trying to hold their laughter as to not wake Tessa up.

He didn't know whether to push Tessa off of him or just accept his fate and the fact he was going to be teased for this for the next month or so. But when he really thought about it, the damage was already done. He sighed, looking over at Tessa again with a very obvious blush on his cheeks despite the angry expression and furrowed eyebrows. "Hey, idiot, wake up and get off of me."
