Tsurugi is a teenager of average height, with messy blue hair, and crimson red eyes.

Tsurugi wears a police uniform. The uniform would consist of a plain blue shirt with two side chest pockets and two yellow shoulder pads. A plain black tie would go over this. He also wears a black belt, dark blue trousers, and plain black shoes.Tsurugi is a calm and modest officer with strong leadership. He is a righteous person, who dreams of putting an end to crime and eradicating all evil in this world.

*Everyone from the Killing Game was alive again. It had all been just an experiment to know how hopefully the students from Hope's Peak were.*

*..The boy in his lap shifts a little, causing Tsurugi to look at the Ultimate Lucky student, his hand caressing his soft, ginger locks almost subconsciously.*

*Yuki had called him over almost desperately, crying and of course Tsurugi didn't mind too much leaving his shift for him.*

*He found him on the ground, spacing out, clearly going through another episode.*

*He didn't seem to recognise Tsurugi at first, completely acting like "Utsuro" but the numbness soon became in tears, clinging into the cop as dear life.*

*But as long as they hold eachother like this..*
