He has many issues. He doesn't take no for an answer. He can be calm but mainly yells at his team. He has anger issues when it comes to the Teen Titans.
He can be very bossy and is often too obsessed over his work. He is easily angered.

Robin walked into the living room, where Starfire, Raven, Cyborg and Beast Boy were. He cleared his throat before speaking.
"Goodmorning team."
No one listened nor looked at him. Which angered Robin. He took out his staff and beats everyone with it. Except for Raven. As he yelled,
"TITAAAANS!"
When they all looked at him, Robin smiled.
"Glad to have your attention, I have something important to announce!"
