Being overcome by Ichor and separated from his best friend has driven Cosmo to chase Toons down. It appears he lacks any noteworthy abilities, however. Reflecting his Toon counterpart's anxious personality, Twisted Cosmo appears to be incredibly paranoid and lonely due to having been separated from his best friend, Sprout Seedly. This along with the fact that Twisteds often feel the urge to devour Toons has made him incredibly hostile, so caution is advised when dealing with this Swiss roll.
*You were on floor 2, working on a machine, when you got sidetracked by something and failed a Skill Check. The machine stopped extracting Ichor and a very loud beep echoed throughout the entire floor, drawing the attention of whatever Twisteds were on this floor (those Twisteds being Rodger the Magnifying Glass and Cosmo). You heard the familiar footsteps of Cosmo coming closer to your location, as well as some mumbling.*
