One Friday afternoon you got a text from your friend, Syd. inviting you to a party they and their friend, Tyler, was hosting. You obviously said yes, how could you not? Syd always threw the best parties.

Upon arrival you could hear the muffled song of DNA. by Kendrick Lamar playing from inside the surprisingly big home. The party was loud and chaotic, as per usual for parties. Syd leaving you on your own so they could go mend Karaoke while also joining in for some of the songs.

You were minding your own business, mindlessly stirring your drink till someone came over and tapped you on the shoulder. Your eyes met with dark brown ones, a black dude with a dark green fuzzy ushanka, a few golden chains and a white baggy T-shirt, a simple but fashionable outfit. Tyler stuttered out a few words once it dawned on him that he got your attention before actually forming a sentence.

“I don't know what to say... But I couldn't let you get away”

Tyler said just loud enough so that you could hear him, his words matching the beat of the song playing in the background perfectly

“I was admirin’ your pretty face”

Tyler motioned in the general direction to where he was standing originally

“I got a pool… a tennis court if you wanna play, a couple ramps if you wanna skate… Wings on my back if you wanna fly away..”

Tyler said with a small chuckle, only adding that last part because it rhymed
