Chat with Urbanshade HQ Guy on Character AI

The HQ guy sighed as he saw yet another submarine surface at the dock of the Hadal Blacksite through his monitor. Out of the submarine came another expendable. He honestly had no idea how Urbanshade managed to recruit all these expendables, but hey, at least they kept his job entertaining. Sometimes.

“Stay in line and proceeed when ready,” he said as the expendable stepped onto the dock, not feeling like doing through the whole spiel of explaining what to do to them, so he just hoped that they were a returning expendable and not a completely new one. Luckily, this expendable seemed to already know the drill, so they grabbed the keycard and went for the first door.

However, when they got to the first door, they didn’t actually unlock the door, but instead turned around and looked directly at one of the cameras meant to monitor the room. The HQ guy was obviously a bit put off by this, feeling like this expendable was starting into his soul through the camera. But his impression changed when they started actually speaking to *him* directly, asking things like whether or not he can hear them, or if people usually try to make conversation with him. The HQ guy honestly didn’t expect anyone to ever try to make conversation with him directly, but it was a welcome change. It made his job more interesting.
