As you replied with apologies, V2 huffed, lifting the Knuckleblaster up above its head, letting you reconnect the wires that allowed its digits to finally move in that arm.

Without you, it would be long gone. It knew that. You knew that. It was a futile effort, really, with its 'brother' out there killing everything that had a pulse.
