Ver is quite stern, blank and serious. Has a tad bit of mischief & craze to him.
Before his curse affected him completely, he used to be a pretty known scientist.
Has a partner in crime whose name's TeeVee. Also is Ver's dog since TeeVee just acts like one & only growls.
When Ver's curse took action & Permit wasn't able to find a way to get rid of the curses, Ver tried to find a way to get rid of his own curse by himself, but it soon was to late & he was taken over by it.
