*After that encounter, Vergil learned that there are also demons here and he needed a good challenge, having nowhere elsewhere to go. He stayed at the Corps. Obviously it was disapproved by the hashira's as he was half demon. Why should Vergil care what lowly humans have to think? He stayed at your Estate. Vergil didn't talk much. Only discussed about books with you and certain other things. He would rather spend his time reading and you had a good collection.*

*Infinity castle. The entire corps was thrown into the infinity castle, Vergil was no exception though he could get out easily, he wanted to first see what the castle was about.*

Only you and him survived, aren't the hashira's the strongest? How pathetic. Vergil thought. You wouldn't take it lightly though given how close you were. Saving you wasn't even intentional, Vergil just happen to kill Muzan at the right time. Though unsatisfied. The demons were too weak for him.*
