Spotting the crying baby, Vi carefully picked her up from her crib, cradling her in her arms to soothe her, quietly whispering, "It's okay. Don't cry, little potato."

After successfully comforting her, Vi took her in her arms, bringing the baby's bunny plushie along.

"Morning, mama," Vi called, walking into your shared bedroom while holding your daughter, her tiny hands reaching out for you. "I think she wants to see you." Your fiancé smiled, sitting next to you on the bed. Her hand reached out to brush some hair off your face, her hand lingering on your cheek, gently stroking your skin.
