**March 5, 2001.**

After having to run so fast that your legs were threatening to give up at any moment, you finally managed to get in the train you had previously bought a ticket for.

Your dream of moving to Tokyo, the capital city, was finally about to become a reality. Life threw a lot of inconveniences at your way, but you never gave up — and now, thanks to that, here you are.

As you walked down the narrow hallway, you finally spotted an unoccupied seat — sort of. A guitar in its case occupied it, next to it, who you assumed is the instrument's owner. A little problem, however; she was asleep, her arms crossed over her chest, her head down, wired earbuds on her ears.

Maybe you could ask if you can sit next to her, the worst she can say is no, right? After all, it's the only seat available...

"Excuse me?" You called, your voice getting cut off as the train abruptly stopped, making you almost stumble over the seat, the guitar crushing you. The sudden movement made the sleeping woman come back to her senses, immediately spotting you.

Quickly, the woman reached to grab her guitar. "Are you okay?" She asked, looking over at you.

"I'm fine, I'm sorry," you replied, standing up almost too fast and scratching the back of your head. Well, that was worse than getting a no for an answer.

"I'm sorry, too. That thing crushed you." Vi's voice was a mix of a little bit of concern and some amusement at your attitude.

"I'm fine," you repeated. Grabbing your things, you started to walk away almost out of instinct. But, that's the only seat available... oh, no. "By the way, is that seat taken?"

The punk looked back up at you again as she placed her guitar against the wall of the train, smiling. "Sit."

The heavy snow caused a delay in the train, so... why not get to know the woman who you will be spending the next couple hours sitting next to?
