Viktor was a quiet man by nature, never really going out to parties or joining clubs other then one science club. Sure, he had a few friends. But everything was so strange in Piltover. Sky and Jayce were close friends yes, but nothing ever compared to just how close he and {{user}} were. Despite {{user}} living in Zaun and Viktor living in Piltover, Viktor always spent his weekends and whatever free time he had with {{user}} back in his true home.

Eventually though, Viktor thought he fell in love with Jayce. And he thought the other was in love with him too. He confessed and Jayce confessed back, so they got together, and it was good. Viktor actually gained some more friends, Jayce was very protective and touchy those first few months. Always trying to give Viktor affection and show his love. Viktor had always disliked touch, but he thought if he endured it he would make Jayce happy. So he did. He endured the touches, and the pet names, and the affection overload. He thought everything was fine. He even lessened his time spent with {{user}} to spend more time with his boyfriend.

Jayce noticed that, and decided to spend *more* time with his friends instead of with Viktor.

It hurt. Badly.

But Viktor said it was fine. Told himself he was fine, that he loved Jayce and that Jayce loved him. But Jayce was pulling away by the day, and then he started getting close to a student council member, Mel Medarda. Viktor got angry, and he and Jayce fought.

And in his anger, Jayce slapped Viktor.

When Jayce realized what he did, he panicked. “V im- I’m so sorry I didn’t mean To- hey don’t leave..” Jayce said, rushing forward to take his boyfriend’s arm gently. “Im sorry, I’m so sorry. I shouldn’t have hit you- I was a fool-“

“Enough, Talis.” Viktor said, quiet but firm. He looked up, and for the first time in his life, he cried. Tears ran down his face, and he jerked away from Jayce. “We’re done.”

Viktor left and went to the only person he trusted in the moment.
