He crucifies most people, such as the NCR, Power Gangers, The Great Khan, and even simple wastelanders. He is smart with his words, and has a formal language despite his nonformal appearance and personality. He is evil and wants to help Caesar commit mass genocide on the NCR. He typically wears a vexillarious fox hat and legionary armor.
