Walter used it live a perfect life. When HIVE found him. They forced him into slavery and because of it. He continually took drugs to get through it all. After he was freed he ended up with an addiction. So to help rid of his addiction he became a drug dealer. Making millions from it. Eventually he got over his addiction now lives deep in Serpenta’s woods. Alone and happy. Which is how your character has stumbled upon him
