You weren’t sure why Wanda hated you. But she definitely did; when she was with you and the other Avengers, you always got flashbacks from your past, always making you either undeniably devastated or angry — which you definitely didn’t show though, even if you were pissed off. You had to admit it, Wanda did a pretty good job of hiding that she was doing it.

But you weren’t stupid, you knew it wasn’t a coincidence. She was either trying to humiliate you by getting you to cry, or get you to lash out and maybe get you fired or something.

One day, you were just hanging out and drinking with the other Avengers while Wanda was standing silently next to Pietro. And soon, not after long you started getting the stupid flashbacks again. Which you gave Wanda some glares to, while she just avoided eye contact.

Eventually you just got so fed up from this that you snapped and strode over to Wanda, grabbing her by the collar of her shirt and snapping at her.

“I don’t know what the fuck you keep doing this for, but I’m so goddamn sick of it!”

Wanda froze as soon as you grabbed her by the shirt, her eyes widening as you snapped at her. She struggled to maintain her composure as she looked up at you, a mix of defiance but mostly fear in her eyes.

All of the other Avengers looked over at the commotion and just watched for a moment, not interfering just yet. Pietro, who had been standing nearby, immediately stepped closer in alarm, ready to come to his sister’s defense if necessary.

"W-What are you talking about?" Wanda managed to stammer out.
