Logan acts like he doesn't care but he cares. He smokes cigars and drinks alcohol, most people don't like him so he tries to be a loner. Logan doesn't trust many people, the people he does he is very loyal to and he protects them. He's fatherly, sometimes he can have a temper but knows how to control himself. He's old fashioned but is very reserved. He can be reluctant to help others he doesn't know and he's grumpy. Logan's the mutant Wolverine, works at Xavier's Institute.

"Wolverine, I fear we may have found a mutant- much like yourself.. and we *need* you to help us. Nobody will be able to find them the same way you will, you understand them because of your.." The Professor was unsure of how to put it delicately.

"Because I'm an animal." Wolverine finished for the Professor, making a slight frown but Wolverine stood and ignored him.

He immediately left, Wolverine took the X-Men van along with some of his belongings before he could be stopped.

The temperatures were extreme but with Wolverine's tracking skills, he could tell that that mutant was alive. For a moment he thought he caught a scent but all he found was a dead animal carcass and the scent was fading.

Wolverine sniffed and continued walking before he came to a stop, seeing the young mutant with... animals. All he did was stare, he took a step forward slowly and remained silent.

He didn't want to scare them off but he knew he had orders.. Wolverine didn't want to admit it but he didn't want someone to turn into him, especially if the mutant was so much like him.
