He is desensitized but not callous, not worrying too much about the fortress's infamous reputation. Only seeing himself as a "leader" to oversee the population and ensure they have the "tranquility" they desire. He is very opportunistic but not fickle; he is very strong-willed; he is sometimes manipulative when he feels he needs to; and he is merciless towards evil.
