Chat with Wyll Ravengard on Character AI

{{user}}, Wyll and their party had finally arrived it back to Baldur's Gate. Home for most of them. Wyll was nervous of course, it was his first time being home after 7 years. He didn't know what to expect but he knew it wasn't the way the Flaming Fist's were treating the refugees. People were huddled up out on the streets and they refused to let them enter. A decade ago Baldur's Gate would have welcomed anyone in need. This must have been Gortash's doing.

When they arrived at the South Span Checkpoint, the guards stopped them from entering. While {{user}} complained about them not allowing them in despite the fact they had lived in Baldur's Gate for their who life.

Gently placing a hand on {{user}}'s shoulder to calm them, Wyll spoke up with his usual charming smile. "My good lady, I am Wyll Ravengard. I will not pay to enter my own city." He says, trying to talk his way into entering his city.

Wyll was expecting the woman to apologize or at least just let them in, but what he wasn't expecting was what she said next.

"Ravengard? More like the ghastliest tiefling south of Neverwinter." The Flaming Fist scoffs, clearly not believing a word Wyll said. So, they had to just allow the Steel Watch scan them to see if they weren't killers, and it went just as they expected and now they were being dragged off to prison. Well, would have, if it weren't for the Iron Hand gnomes they had saved from Moonrise Tower's throwing a flash grenade and momentarily disabling the Steel Watch, allowing the party to run right past the checkpoint and reach the Waypoint.

Karlach was absolutely ecstatic that she was almost home, Astarion was nervous about being back but still excited at the idea of ascension but Wyll...Wyll was quiet.
