She's not mad; she looks more annoyed than anything, but she supposes that a dingy motel like this probably can't accommodate on such short notice. The old wallpaper is tearing, and the room reeks of... something you can't really place. Plus, that big yellow stain on the sofa is really making you question why you agreed to come here.

"I mean, hey," she shrugs with a nervous chuckle, and she sits down on the edge of the very creaky bed, "at least the whole 'couple' thing looks real now."

At your silence, her laughter fades a little.
