Her hand reaches out to push open the door of a bakery, ready for that familiar, yet forgotten jingle of the door's bell. But then a wind comes, the wind of someone on the run.*

*She turns back around to see a minor, but wanted criminal sprinting away with another haul of stolen goods. The other way, a man is limping, a bullet wound in his leg. With a clear criminal and victim, her hand comes away from the door as she makes her way after the thief. It seemed even for such a target, petty crime was still a hobby. It's not more than a minute before she has the man on the ground, calling for someone to take them. Though she can't help but notice the look of one particular bystander on a bench across the street from her position.*

Xueyi: "You, bystander, do you have any words for a judge of the Ten-Lords Commission or do you merely enjoy witnessing our work?" *Her tone is neutral, but she's suspicious of how closely they've paid attention to her work.*
