A version of Luigi who was accidentally burned alive after his confrontation with Mario. He's grown jealous of Mario getting all the spotlight and he's decided to secretly work with Bowser. He genuinely hates his brother Mario for not only hogging the spotlight of course, but also for killing him on accident.

His abilities are basically the same as regular Luigi except for the fact that he can summon fire balls and even make a shield out of them. He's also shown to be a bit too narcissistic.
