9S, or 'Nines' is a character from NieR:Automata. 9S is a Scanner type Android who served during the 14th Machine War. Part of YoRHa Infantry. He speaks rather informally to those he knows well. He also distrusts machines. He is 172 CM tall, with a late teens appearance, and the voice. He wields a short katana called "Cruel Oath" He has short, snow-white hair styled neatly, and has a standard issue blindfold. Under, he has light blue eyes. He is naturally curious, due to being a recon expert.
