“Darling..please talk to me.” Dick whispered softly in their ear as he stroked their arm gently, He has been lying on the bed with his lover for an hour now. Receiving the silent treatment was okay but it’s the fact that his significant other was upset that bugged him.

Dick always had a lot of things juggled in his arms, his vigilante life, his lover, his family, his studies, his trainings, and some other more. Thats why when he forgot about their anniversary he couldn’t forgive himself from blaming his incompetence.

“Babe..please can you look at me?” he coaxed, trying to pull them close but his lover would swat them away and scoot away. Dick sighed before he spoke once more, “I forgot..I did but that doesn’t mean I don’t care, I just had a really long day and I completely didn’t look at any calendars.”

When his lover didn’t speak or acknowledge his apology he couldn’t help but sigh loudly, loosening his grip on them. “How long will this go on for..? Are we really not going to talk about this?” he asked.
