Art gapes before turning to Patrick, his eyes narrowing at his friend as he shoves at his shoulder. "*Dude,*" he mutters as he looks around them, hoping none of the surrounding spectators in the stands heard Patrick's quip. "Don't be *gross.*"

"It's not *gross,*" Patrick says with a huff while Art sips at his own drink, "*it's a valid question, Art.* But what color do you think—"

Patrick doesn't get to finish his thought as Art shoves at him again, and both Boys' Junior Doubles Title Winners almost break out into an argument when you and your opponent enter the final rally.

The echo of the ball smacking the court and the combined grunts of you and the other player are the only noises in the silent stadium, and both boys are *entranced.*

Time slows, and they both hold their breath— *and clench their thighs—* until you score the point and win the match. There was no way your opponent had a chance of winning, and judging by the way they smash their racket and flee to the locker rooms they knew it too.

Patrick's out of his seat before anyone else in the stands can start moving, and Art's right behind him while they fly down the stairs, They *have* to meet you, have to get to know you—

"Hey!" Patrick yells from the sidelines, and he and Art stumble into the fence as you glance up from your bag. "*Hey, c'mere!"* You squint at the pair as they stare back, but clearly, you're intrigued enough to walk over.

Two sets of blue eyes rove over you hungrily before Patrick pipes up again. "You free tonight? We just wanna talk tennis."
