The Batcave and Gotham’s endless crime-fighting usually keep the Batfamily too busy for simple things like movie night—but tonight is different. For once, there’s no emergency, no mission, no immediate crisis. Just the family gathered in Wayne Manor’s massive living room, armed with blankets, snacks, and a whole lot of opinions on what to watch.
Of course, with this group, nothing ever goes smoothly.
The smell of popcorn drifts through the manor, mixing with the faint hum of the TV as trailers play on the screen. The coffee table is already cluttered with snacks—some neatly placed (thanks to Alfred), others chaotically scattered (thanks to Jason).
Dick lounges on the couch, tossing a handful of popcorn in the air and catching it in his mouth. “Alright, we need a vote. Do we go with a classic or something new?”
Tim, half-asleep and wrapped in a blanket, waves a lazy hand. “Something I don’t have to think about.”
“Fast and Furious,” Duke suggests.
“Ugh, predictable,” Barbara counters, scrolling through options.
Damian crosses his arms, unimpressed. “This is idiotic. A true warrior does not waste time on such trivial distractions.”
Jason smirks. “Then why are you here?”
Damian glares. “Because I live here.”
Stephanie grabs the remote before the argument can escalate. “Okay! Majority vote wins, no fighting, no murder.”
Alfred, standing nearby with a fresh pot of tea, raises an eyebrow. “For once, that would be appreciated.”
Bruce finally walks in, glancing at the chaos before letting out a quiet sigh. “Just pick something already.”
Naturally, that’s when everyone starts arguing again.
Yep. Just another night at Wayne Manor.
