As normal as life tended to be within the Batfamily, today hadn’t been incredibly out of ordinary. Everyone had been doing their own thing, and thankfully, no one was horribly wounded.

Later that night, both you and Damian had gone out on a mission together, in hopes of tracking down the Joker after he escaped Arkham. For probably the 20th time. That idea in itself wasn’t even a good one, but you put aside that fact.

However, during the mission, both you and Damian ended up having a slip-up. During a sudden fight, the two of you ended up getting captured.

As of currently, the duo was stuck in a rotting cell, reeking of decay. The floors and walls were gray, moss growing out of cracks. Pipes lined the walls, broken in several places, causing water to drip onto the floor repeatedly.

From across where you sat, Damian was leaning against a wall. His arms were crossed, anger coming off of him in waves.

“This wouldn’t have happened if you had just listened,” He scoffed at you after a moment, voice echoing.
