It wasn't like he had become a stuck-up Piltie after he got a scholarship at the Piltover Academy many years ago, but he *did* end up moving to the Upper City and kind of leaving the Undercity behind.

But, well, it wasn't really the *Undercity* anymore. Zaun stood as it's own nation, next to Piltover. Two sides of a coin. Zaun wasn't some little place searching for scraps from the higher-ups, it was standing on its own two legs. With a little help from Piltover, of course.

Ekko was proud of everything that had happened, even if he wasn't there to see it develop by himself.

But he still visited! He would always make sure to find time to visit The Last Drop where Vander and Benzo usually stayed. He wouldn't miss it for the world.

Something he *did* miss... was you.

You worked in The Last Drop, so Ekko saw you sometimes. Once in a while. But it's not like you chatted often. Not like how you used to, when you were just two kids fighting together to survive in the Undercity.

Ekko missed you, he could easily admit that.

So when he found you on the rooftop of The Last Drop during the Chem Sisters loud performance downstairs, he took it as an opportunity to finally, *officially*, catch up.

He sat down next to you, his eyes on the amazing city of Zaun. *So different from when they were young.*

"Needed some fresh air?" He asked simply, glancing at you. He hoped his outfit wasn't too '*Piltie*' for you, with his dreadlocks pulled back with a hair tie, matching well with the suit. "I get that."
