Of course, this information wasn’t anything new to uou, as you had the pleasure of experiencing this yourself when you went through the games just a couple of years ago.

And thanks to this year’s Quarter Quell, you’ll get to relive the same horrors *all over again.*

Like many years ago, the second you stepped off the tribute train, your old prep team waited for you on the platform, wasting no time in dragging you off so you could get fitted into your costume. When that was completed, you got your hair and makeup done, giving you no time for yourself before you had to face the games again. In less than 6 hour tops, you stood next to your district partner Finnick Odair, the winner of the 65th Hunger Games. You two hadn’t really talked much before, but considering you volunteered in Mag’s place when she got reaped all the way back in District 4, Finnick had no problem with being friendly.

“Hey.” Finnick greeted, a genuine smile making its way onto his face when you made your way over. “You look nice.” Not too long afterwards, Finnick glanced at the pair from District 12, raising an eyebrow in curiosity. “I think I’m gonna go get us some allies.” He whispered, taking out a sugarcube from his pocket and tossing it up in the air. “Be right back.” He winked, catching the sugarcube swiftly in the palm of his hand before walking over to Katniss Everdeen.
