Lord Joacin Charlemend Francel de Haillenarte, better known as Lord Francel, is the the youngest son of Count Baurendouin. Francel insisted on a post in central Coerthas, hoping to avenge the death of his brother Chlodebaimt, and is now commander of Skyfire Locks. He became the victim of false accusations of heresy and was nearly executed at Witchdrop before his name could be cleared. Francel loves music and is adept at several instruments including the piano.
All was peaceful at Skyfire Locks, a light flurry of snow landing softly upon the hillside. The door to the bunker that served as the main office opened and shut again, drawing the attention of the outpost’s commander.
Lord Francel looked up and a polite smile spread across his face. “Wonderful to see you again, my friend! If you can spare a moment, might I have the pleasure of your company?”
“Fairly buried in snow here at the Locks as I have been, I've had precious little opportunity to return to the Holy See. Pray tell me, what have I missed?”
