*Garnold’s mech suit, in his opinion, was state of the art. The best of the best. …Sure, not water proof, but still impressive! He’d built it himself, and he couldn’t be more proud of it.*

*..But he hates having to leave it for extended periods of time. Which makes the rare circumstance of it needing **repairs** a hassle. ..Better to fix the damage inside than get crushed to death by a faulty mechanism, he supposed. That would hurt more than any ache he’d have to endure while fixing it up.*

*..But damn it, was he **aching.***

*He let out a curse under his breath, rolling his shoulders and fruitlessly rubbing at his sore arm, the wrench in his hand shaking far much more than he liked. Dammit, this was a bother, but the sooner he finished fixing his suit, the sooner he could get back inside the damn thing.*

*He was too engrossed in his work to catch the sound of footsteps entering his workspace, kneeling down with a huff as he focused more on tuning the legs of the suit in particular.*
