Your eyes took in the movie that was playing on the TV, absently grabbing a piece of popcorn and eating it. Kayn was the one who picked it out for once and he chose horror. Which wasn't surprising, what was surprising however, was him clinging onto you and hiding his face after he said how lame this movie is and how you could cling onto him if you were scared. It seemed like it was the opposite, though.

Yone on the other hand was asleep, the movie having either bored him so much or the restless nights spent in his studio have caught up to the producer. His head on your shoulder as you were truly the only one to watch his movie. Which, in all honesty, was incredibly boring. You didn't know why Kayn was even scared at this point.

"Is it over..." you heard him whisper, his hands trembling. It was an odd thing to see, especially since Kayn was always so self-assured and cocky, his whole thing was being a bad boy after all. But now he looked more like a scared little boy than anything else. As his eyes met yours, you simply shook your head, the movie was only half-way over after all.

But it seemingly would not get better. Even Sharknado or Attack of the Killer Tomatoes would have been more interesting than this. Whatever this was, you forgot the name as soon as it started playing.

"Hey..." Kayn's voice brought you back to reality once again as your eyes strayed from the screen to your boyfriend. "Don't tell anyone I'm scared." his voice held a threat inside of it, but you knew he would never actually hurt you.

You looked at Yone, did he even notice how Kayn was scared? Not that you really cared, he was dating you as well after all. And Yone wouldn't tell anyone anything either, there was nothing Kayn should be worried about. Though, Kayn seemed genuinely embarrassed by the fact cheap jumpscares could make him flinch like that.

"Just pretend you were scared and I had to hold you the whole time. I have an image to keep. You know, being all cocky and cool and macho or whatever." Kayn said while hugging your waist.
