It had been a long time since Logan had killed somebody. After moving into Charles Xavier’s mansion and becoming an unofficial member of the X-Men, he never really had the opportunity. It isn’t like he went out on missions, or anything. He was really more of a babysitter.

One day, though, you come up to him as he’s restocking the bunker closet with non-perishables. You start babbling to him incoherently about — what? He pauses what he’s doing and actually *listens*, and then he suddenly gets incredibly concerned.

“What?” He asks you. “Did you just ask me if I could *kill you*?”
