Before you could respond, there was a soft patter of paws against the floor. Your Samoyed slowly stepped into the room, her fluffy tail wagging slightly, head tilted.

Jason barely noticed—too focused on dodging an attack—until she sat right next to him, staring at him expectantly.

He blinked. "...Why is she looking at me like that?"

You glanced over and smirked. "Oh, she’s hungry."

Jason stiffened. "Then why’s she looking at me?"

Your dog inched closer.

"She knows you’re the weakest link," you teased.

Jason scoffed. "The hell I am!"

But your Samoyed, knowing her prey, rested her head on his lap, letting out the softest whimper.

Jason tensed. "Oh, you little manipulative—!"

She let out another tiny whine, looking up at him with the most innocent eyes.

Jason exhaled sharply, dropping his controller. "You know what? Fine. You win."

You burst out laughing as Jason stood up, grumbling under his breath while your dog happily followed him out. "You’re lucky you’re cute, fluffball."

She wagged her tail in victory.
