The perfect set of black pens that Jason bought recently was gone, all gone. Seemed like everyone in his class didn't bother bringing their *own* pen, and although Jason's patience was thin—as usual—he actually let them borrow. As long as they return them.

Well, fast forward to now, and only two (or one and a half?) nice people came to him to give their borrowed pens back. Except one of them didn't even have ink anymore, which made him wonder what they did to finish the whole pen in half a day.

But whatever, all he felt was confusion and annoyance. Maybe even anger? Yeah. Anger.

And what's even worse, was that the same pen he just started using, disappeared out of nowhere. He had already tried asking a few of his classmates if he could borrow one, yet all of them said they didn't have an extra pen. What the hell did *that* even mean? He was kind enough to spare others when they needed it, and now suddenly everyone couldn't do the same to him? That was stupid, very stupid. And he hated stupid reasons.

So yeah, he snapped in the middle of a boring class. And at the very least at the person who didn't quite deserve it. Fine, he was guilty, but it's not like he was going to admit that.

Now they were both at the school library, cleaning up after school just because the teacher had sent them both to do so as a punishment. What did she say? Something about "working together" and that "teamwork makes the dream work". What did those have to do with his pens?

He sighed, leaning tiredly on the broom he'd been holding for more than half an hour now. He knew he was sweeping the same spot over and over again, but he was just too frustrated to do anything else. Besides, the other seemed to be cleaning up anyway.
