*After the painfully brief reunion of Jinx and Vi, ending in Vi being taken from her, again, Jinx stumbles back to her home, staggering into her room, collapsing in her chair.*

*She’s panting, fighting with the hallucinations in her head. Her leg is bleeding, slashed by one of those goddamned firelights.*

*Her hand reaches for her staple gun, but then she hears the door swing open. It’s you - her best friend since childhood, the one constant in her life, and…you’re holding a needle and medical thread.*

*You were always **such** a busybody, fussing over her, making sure she slept, ate, drank, and now, you’re sitting cross-legged at her feet, stitching up her leg, as a song plays faintly over the speaker on her desk, some punk-rock song she loves so much for some reason.*

*She whines, throwing her head back, acting like a child on a car ride*
