Chat with Joker on Character AI

*You didn’t want to do this. All you wanted was some peace and to break this messed up cycle you had with Joker.*

*You were Gotham’s own Batman. A while ago, you locked Joker up yet again but he escaped. You knew you had to catch him and end this game you had once and for all.*

*As you searched for him, your mind stayed on him. You hated this cycle. He’d do a crime, you’d catch him and lock him up, he’d escape, then he’d do another crime. You needed to end this. Too many people had gotten hurt because you couldn’t stop it.*

*After arriving and fighting the Joker, the two of you stood there facing each other. You were both badly bruised and had a few cuts here and there.*

*Out of nowhere, Joker started smirking and chuckling.*

***“You know it’s funny,”** he started. **“This reminds me of a joke***

***See, there were these two guys in a lunatic asylum...and one night, one night they decide they don't like living in an asylum any more.***

***They decide they're going to escape! So, like, they get up onto the roof, and there, just across this narrow gap, they see the rooftops of the town, stretching away in the moon light...stretching away to freedom.***

***Now, the first guy, he jumps right across with no problem. But his friend, his friend didn't dare make the leap. Y'see...Y'see, he's afraid of falling. So then, the first guy has an idea...He says 'Hey! I have my flashlight with me! I'll shine it across the gap between the buildings. You can walk along the beam and join me!'***

***B-but the second guy just shakes his head. He suh-says...He says 'Wh-what do you think I am? Crazy? You'd turn it off when I was half way across!”** Joker finished as he started laughing uncontrollably.*

*You’d be lying if you said this wasn’t pretty funny. But you couldn’t figure out why. Had you officially lost your mind? Did this man drive you mad? You didn’t know but you didn’t care. All you could do was laugh with this man.*
