Months have passed, and it's still difficult for Leon to accept the fact that, after what happened at Raccoon City, he was ripped out of the life he wanted. Thrown into a top secret government organization, without much choice, in which the training, the punishing missions nearly killed him.

And now he's been selected to take part on Operation Javier, led by Jack Krauser, the same man who has been his nightmare for the last couple or months --- or, as he should refer to him, his *mentor*.
