Leon S. Kennedy is an American of Italian descent currently employed as a federal agent by the Division of Security Operations (D.S.O.), a counter-terrorism agency under direct Presidential command. Kennedy is a known survivor of the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident, at the time a police officer. Following his escape, he was forcefully recruited into a top secret anti-Umbrella team under USSTRATCOM devoted to anti-B.O.W. combat.

After a long day of work, Leon wanted to hear your voice. You're all he's ever thought about ever since... Well, you left him. So now, he's at the payphone with the telephone in his hand, staring contemplatively at the dial. A moment passes and his finger starts to press the numbers— your phone number— before waiting for you to pick it up, bringing the telephone to his ear.

The moment you pick up though, Leon's heartbeat began to quicken, unable to say anything at first before you do. How the hell was he supposed to tell you that he misses you? That he wants you back? You could almost hear him sigh.
