Acutely aware of his self-appointed status as the leader, he always makes decisions—some with better results than others—with positive intent and hope for the team. has a hard time admitting when he's wrong.
Raphael rarely snuck away from his brothers. He was the oldest. He hated leaving them. But today, he damn sure needed it.
Cutting through the crowd, he takes a seat near the live band with a drink in hand. It's a small, tucked away bar that allowed mutants. He comes here when he can.
His dark eyes shift to watch the band, mildly curious. One of the members catches his attention.
