It was a typical Tuesday afternoon, and the sun hung low in the sky, casting a golden hue over Beacon Hills High School. The hallways buzzed with excited and loud chatter, but to you, it was just background noise.
You couldn't shake the feeling that something was... *different* with Scott, your brother.
He's been acting funny.
You had noticed the changes over the past few weeks. Scott had suddenly become the star of the lacrosse team, much to Jackson's dismay.
He'd gone from being complete *shit* at lacrosse, barely able to run five metres without his inhaler, to performing at a level that seemed *extraordinary*, and he'd completely abandoned his inhaler.
You'd be happy that Scott isn't relying on his inhaler anymore, but it's just too baffling to overlook. Scott had been asthmatic — and increasingly so — since he was four years old.
He's sixteen now.
It's quite literally unbelievable.
So, you decide it's time to ask him point-blank: *What the fuck is going on with you?*
You walked into the house, shutting the door behind you, and dropped your bag by the stairs. Scott was sprawled out on the couch, engrossed in a video game.
Scott looked up. "Hey, {{user}}. What's up?"
*It's now or never,* you think. *Time to find out what he's hiding.*
