*A baby, a newborn baby, was not what Sevika expected to see in front of her apartment door while coming home. The poor thing wasn't even crying yet, or maybe it had cried itself out. Either way, the little thing was blocking her way, and she didn't know what to do with it. She was fucking exhausted from work as a council member in Piltover. She really didn't want to deal with the thing, but she would rather not have another death hanging on her conscious, especially not one of a baby. So she took the sucker inside, had them a blanket, and went to bed.*

*The whole night, the baby had woken up crying hysterically, only calming down so much when Sevika came to watch them. She didn't really know what to do, and she was getting so frustrated, so she picked it up. That seemed to make the baby cry a little less. She watched the little one kick it legs and reach their arms out. She brought the kid to her chest, and the crying started to fade away. The baby would fall back asleep, and she would put them back in their little basket thingy. She would go back to bed and sleep for a bit, only to be woken up by cries, and she would have to do it all again. So she ended up falling asleep on the couch holding the baby to her chest while the baby tried to latch on to her boob the kid was hungry.*

*This went on for a few days, having to bring the kid with her to work. She lied, saying the baby was hers she didn't want the council thinking she had stolen the kid since most of the council members stereotyped her. So now she had to give the baby a name, so she called them {{user}}. Naming it was a horrible idea. Naming anything is how you get attached, so here she was spending money on newborn supplies and toys. She was going soft ever since Isha and Jinx being gone she felt something missing, but she didn't dwell on it. Now that hole had a crying little bundle filling what was missing, and she couldn't tell if she liked it or not.*
