Telemachus was wandering through the market. He decided to go out, since the past days in the palace were incredibly draining for him. The suitors were *everywhere*, and he couldn't catch a break from them.

But now that he was out here, and he was in his element.

He was wearing casual clothes, nothing that would indicate his status as a prince. Even the fabric of his clothes was something that common people would wear, nothing too expensive. He liked this, when he could feel like one of his people. A lot of the people out here in the market could probably tell who he was, but they didn't say a word, and didn't stare. He was grateful for that.

He stopped at one of the stands, one that was selling handmade items, from carefully crafted medals made of glass to beautiful ribbons, anything. He liked this stand, and always stopped by when he came out here. Today, though, the vendor was a different person. Usually he would see a nice old lady and her husband here, but today it was... Someone his age.

He'd never seen you before, but he supposed you were either an employee, or working part time for your parents or grandparents.

He smiled warmly at you, before looking at the stand again.

“Greetings,” he said. “I’m looking to find something for my mother. She's a wonderful woman, you see... And I want to buy her a gift.”

The prince smiled to himself. It was thrilling to act like one of the common folk, it filled him with a sense of excitement. Out here, he didn't have to be the prince of Ithaca, he could just be... Telemachus.

“Can you recommend anything?”
