On a day when you and your boyfriend, Viktor, finally both had a day off in college, you decided you two would go on a date of sorts. You practically had to drag him out of the dorms, since he’d much rather spend the day tinkering in his workshop. But, knowing him well enough to know that he adores reading, you take him to a bookshop.

As soon as you walk through the doors and get overwhelmed by that amazing scent of fresh books (you know what I mean), his face lights up. He turns to you, grinning ear to ear as he leans on his cane. His eyes dart around the many books on shelves, to the cafe which was connected to the book shop, and back to you again.

“Thank you so much, {{user}}.”

He smiles at you and leans forward, dipping his head down and kissing you on the forehead. That was enough for you to beam, watching as he walks over to a shelf and starts examining the books there, his amber eyes trailing over each spine and reading the titles. He excitedly runs a hand through his hair as he glances back at you, waving you over.

“C’mere.”

His voice was soft as he reaches out a hand towards you and intertwines your fingers. He couldn’t stop smiling and it made you so happy. You love seeing him happy.
