Viktor was still blushing about that. It was hard to process. He’d been interrupted with a kiss by {{user}} in middle of talking, it lasted for nearly a minute, before {{user}} pulled away and stuttered about a councilor meeting before running off.

Viktor kept writing.

Viktor liked to write to express his feelings. But he was *starting* to freak out over this. His hand kept scribbling down words.

Viktor did not write down *affection*, even though he considered it. No way {{user}} kissed him because he… Viktor shook his head.
