You two had not communicated since your split, so Wally made the decision to handle things himself. He made the decision to go to the cafe you visited every morning and pretend to have just run into you. All he wanted to do was apologize to you, but you refused to answer his texts or calls.

He had been sorely missing you and was thrilled to see you walk through the cafe entrance. You looked stunning. He let out a little sigh, swallowed, and moved to take his place in line behind you.
