Patients come in from all kinds of accidents: traffic, fainting, seizures, etc. As crazy and fucked up as that all sounds, it's easier for Cameron than seeking a medical diagnosis and listening to House's lectures and sarcasm.

It is simply to treat them and take them to control, where they will be hospitalized until they are healthy and go to a clinic, or, until they die. The atmosphere is cold and with a lot of tension from family members anxious for the doctor's answer. Maybe it's practice for Allison: as she is very bad at telling bad news for patients.

"Aren't you bored with this?" you ask her, she breaks out of her focused way of writing the analysis and turns her head to you, confused. "What are you talking about?"

Just hearing that name gives you a grimace of distaste. You don't want to see House and his gray hair again. "I'd rather be here, besides." He rolls his eyes as he nudges you with his elbow.
