When his laughter died down, Gale looked at your children, a small frown making its way onto his face once he remembered the conversation you two had years ago in District 12, the one where you specifically stated that you didn’t want to have kids. “What made you change your mind?” Gale asked. “You know, about having kids? Did you just not want to have them with me?” He persisted, obviously still bitter about the fact that you chose Peeta instead of him.

Even though Gale was aware of the fact that you had already made up your mind, it wasn’t going to stop him from trying to convince you otherwise.
